We offer a full time (38 hours per week) tenure-track contract starting from 1 September 2025 for the duration of 6 years, subject to periodic evaluations and tenure review in the 5th year. The contract becomes permanent if the candidate passes the tenure review.
Your salary, depending on your relevant experience on commencement of the employment contract, ranges between €4.537 to €6.209 gross per month on the basis of a full working week of 38 hours, and increases automatically every year. This sum does not include the 8% holiday allowance and the 8.3% year-end allowance. The Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU) is applicable.

The ACLE has been at the frontier of interdisciplinary research in empirical legal studies, law & finance and law & economics for 20 years. Our members publish in the top EU and US journals (see the ACLE WP series on SSRN) and lead European and international research projects combining legal studies with methods from the social and computational sciences. The ACLE has an active research community of over 50 research members and research associates, an internationally-renown seminar, workshop and conference series.
