You will be a member of the Television and Cross-Media Culture Team or the Film Team in the Media Studies department. You will be working within an enthusiastic team comprising around 40 academic colleagues. The teams deliver the Bachelor’s programme in Media and Culture and various (research-based and work-integrated) Master’s programmes with specialisations in Film Studies and Global Cross Media Cultures. Within the team, you will be asked to contribute to the existing curriculum but will also be given freedom to develop (parts of) courses according to your own academic specialization.
We prepare our students for a career as a researcher or as a critical professional capable of reflecting on professional practice and on their own role within that practice.
The Department of Media Studies
