The Summer Programmes Office is looking for Programme Coordinator to join our team in March. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the world of study abroad and to immerse yourself in a thoroughly international academic environment. Last year, we welcomed participants of 70+ different nationalities into our interdisciplinary programmes. Our office is looking after everything from marketing and student recruitment to the application and enrollment processes, curriculum development, programme management, and student care during the summer, ensuring all of our programmes run smoothy.
Working at the Summer Programmes Office can be a fast-paced and incredibly rewarding experience. In summer 2026, we expect to host over 600 students in 30 programmes in a wide range of subjects within the social and behavioural sciences. Participants will be studying at a variety of levels, from high-school students (16+) to current university students (Bachelor/Master/PhD) and working professionals

Programme Coordinator is a position for 32 hours per week, for 7 months, from March 1 until September 31 2026, with the possibility - depending on developments within the Summer Programmes Office - for an extension and/or a permanent contract in the future. However, urgent financial and/or organisational reasons may be reason not to continue the employment contract.
The minimum salary is € 3.382 to € 4.484 gross per month based on a 38-hour working week, in keeping with salary scale 8, as per the Collective Labour Agreement of Dutch Universities. UFO-profile Medewerker Studentenzaken 2 is applicable.
We additionally offer an extensive package of secondary benefits, including 8% holiday allowance and a year-end bonus of 8.3%.
