Richard Valkering, Enterprise Architect

'I look at the broader picture and look at all layers and domains at a higher, strategic level. So, you are mainly exploring and improving coherence. Fortunately, I enjoy dealing with complex issues. The issues that come to me are things that others also struggle with. You would think that digital things are easy to adapt, but it also has an impact on the real world. People work with systems: you have to adapt a system but also how people work with it.'

Stijn van Hilten, Scrum Master

'There is a lot of room for personal development and growth within the UvA. I feel very supported by my supervisor in this regard. Costs are not necessarily an obstacle. More important is: what kind of training do you need for your ambitions?'
