- Supervise BSc thesis projects and mentor students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching materials.
- Engage in departmental and faculty events.

The ideal candidate:
- Has an MSc or nearly completed MSc degree in Marketing or a related discipline;
- Has excellent teaching potential; .
- Has experience as a student assistant or comparable work experience;
- Can teach in Dutch and English.

We offer an employment for the period of four years with a probationary period of two months, preferably starting 1 August 2025.
This position is available as a full-time role; however, candidates interested in a parttime work schedule are also encouraged to apply.
The UFO profile docent 4 applies to this position. This position is classified in scale 10 depending on experience. This means a gross monthly salary between € 3,378 and € 5,331 for full-time employment (38 hours per week) excluding holiday allowance (8%) and year-end bonus (8.3%). The salary scale depends on competencies and work experience. The Collective Labour Agreement of Dutch universities applies.
The UvA has an extensive package of fringe benefits, including:
- 29 days' holiday with full employment & extra holidays between Christmas and the New Year;
